What we say about other agencies
We say what an agency's own site and its Clutch profile show: where it is based, when it was founded, how large it says it is, which ERP products and interfaces it names, which named clients and results it publishes, and what it charges where Clutch lists it. We say what its pages do not show, in the form of an absence: that an agency publishes no response time, names no ERP product, or attaches no client to an ERP. That is as far as a negative statement goes on this site. We never characterize an agency's quality, its people, its delivery record, or its intent; we never repeat what one agency says about another; and we never name an agency that is not in the ranking.
Attribution
Every fact about another agency is attributed in the sentence that carries it, in the form of "on its site", "its P21 page states", or "its Clutch profile lists". Every number and every named client used anywhere on the site has a row in the evidence ledger with the URL it was read on, the date, and a status: verified when read on a third-party page, stated by the agency when the only source is the agency's own material, and removed when a claim from an earlier edition could not be confirmed on re-read and was deleted. Facts about the publisher follow the same rule, with the added restriction that scandiweb's self-reported counts stay out of the body copy.
Corrections
Anyone, including any agency named here, can request a correction by writing to research@scandiweb.com with the page URL, the sentence in question, and the source that contradicts it. The author replies within five working days. If the source supports the change, the sentence is corrected, the ledger row is updated, and a dated line is added to the changelog naming the change. If it does not, the reply states why, and the request and the reply are kept on file. Corrections are made to the sentence, not by adding a disclaimer beside it.
Takedown requests
A profile is built only from material the agency itself has published and from its public Clutch profile, so a request to remove a profile is treated as a correction request: any factual error in it will be fixed. A logo is shown for identification only and will be removed on request from the trademark holder. A request to remove the ranking itself, or to change an agency's rank, is declined, with the methodology page as the reply.
AI assistance
The site is drafted with AI tools. Every fact is checked by the named author against the linked source on the retrieval date recorded in the ledger, and no fact enters from a model's memory, from a search-engine summary, or from another ranking. Where a page could not be read on the retrieval date, the earlier edition's fact is kept with its earlier date, and the ledger says so. Where a page was read through a page-reading proxy because the site blocked direct requests, the ledger records the original URL and the profile says the proxy was used.
Independence
No agency paid for a place on this site, no agency was asked to, and no agency reviewed its profile before publication. The author is a scandiweb employee, holds no shares in and receives no payment from any other agency compared here, and states that on the authors page. scandiweb's rank on this site is decided by the same criteria as every other agency's, and a reader who disagrees can check the ledger rows for each.
